There's quite a bit of excitement happening over here at www.MikePouch.com

Firstly, as frequent visitors will most likely notice, the entire site has been redesigned from the ground up (well mostly - a lot of the content has been transferred over.) It's a much better, more comfortable design, and best of all, the fixed navigation at the top means you can go anywhere with just a few clicks. It is still under construction, but it should be finished 100% by October 1st.

Second, the album that has been and on and off project for me for a few years, has been finished for about a year, was going to be mixed again but then wasn't, etc etc etc... is finally coming out! Robot Revolution, self titled, is to be released September 25th... that's this Friday! UPDATE: It's released! Buy it here!


Third, the name I've been using for years for all my studios (lots of moving, college, different dorms, etc.) has always been "Pouch Studios, [place here]." I have decided that my new studio at my new apt is going to be called... Big Cat Studios... It is named after my cat who always hangs out at my studio and watches the performances and recording sessions. He's there more than I am...


Lastly, the future... I am working on an EP. I am about half way from completing it. It's pretty much awesome. It's called the "Not So Bad EP". As well, there will be a lot of bonus material released with it. Be on the look out for a mid to late November release date, a music video, and... well you'll see! Other projects in the works are some Dan Span projects. We plan on releasing the long awaited '7' October... or early 2010 (as to not conflict with 'Not So Bad' in November, or this years 'Christmas' album in December. Be on the lookout! Keep it real!
